The Market Acceleration Program (MAP) is a project with the Port of Oakland to provide low-cost leases for electric trucks to drayage carriers serving the Port.

Forum Mobility is soliciting proposals from Heavy-Duty Electric Vehicle (HDEV) Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to supply vehicles for the Market Acceleration Program. Results of this procurement will determine which truck makes and models are offered to program participants.

Proposals must be submitted electronically in PDF format to OEMRFP@ForumMobility.com no later than 5 PM ET on Monday, September 14, 2026.
